The last thing you need is to drive to some strange office, meet someone you don’t know, explain a very personal issue, while worrying that you don’t know how they are being charged for the service. Chances are you will be sent away to get more information before you can be helped.

 

My way is to get people to phone me and talk first. If I am the person to help them I will go and see them wherever is best; office, home, cafe, wherever. If I am not the person to help them I tell them who is.
